Of course making such lists is absolutely impossible, and that’s part of the fun. But this list to me is particularly strange. No Freud, Marx, or Chomsky? And Shakespeare and Eliot as non-fiction?
I think he does much better with the fiction list, though I think Agatha Christie and JK Rowling among others need to be on there.
